離着陸等施設使用届 兼 小型機運航者スポット予約/変更 申込（ヘリコプター含む）
航空機の離着陸又は、停留のために空港施設を使用する場合は、福岡空港供用規程第8条に基づき「離着陸等施設使用届」の提出が必要です。また、小型機運航者（ヘリコプター含む）の皆さまは本申請がスポット予約の申込も兼ねております。
原則、運航日の3営業日前までに下記「離着陸等施設使用届出フォーム」から必要事項を入力、使用条件をご確認の上、送信願います。
飛行目的によって確認事項及び申請に必要な書類が異なりますので、以下よりご利用目的に合ったボタンをご選択の上、お進みください。
※午前9時～午後7時の時間帯に福岡空港を利用される場合に、装備が必要となっていたADF受信装置が2026年6月11日より不要となりました。
