Borrowing Strollers
- Strollers can be borrowed at Information on the 1st floor (at either counter next to North and South Arrivals).
  Departing passengers may use them after going through the security checkpoints to get to the boarding gates.
  ※Since there are a limited number of wheelchairs and strollers, please understand that lending them out may not be possible in some cases.
- Lending Hours: from 8:00 am until the last arriving flight (in accordance with Information's hours)
- For inquiries, please call Fukuoka Airport Information Center(092-621-6059).
- Some airlines lend strollers for departing passengers to use, up to the boarding area.
  Those wishing to use them, please contact each airline.
- The location of the Information Counter is shown in the red frame on the terminal map below.
Nursing Room

Nursing rooms are located on each floor. A hot water heater is provided on each floor, and there are nursing booths where you can breastfeed your child in peace. Please feel free to use them.

Toilets and Barrier-free restrooms
Expectant Mothers

The Barrier-free restrooms on each floor and most of the private stalls in the general women's restrooms are equipped with handrails. The Barrier-free restrooms and the "priority toilets" in the general women's restrooms are spacious and easy to use.
If you are not feeling well, please use the benches provided in the airport. If you wish to rest in a quiet place, you can use the nursing beds (multi-purpose sheets) in the Barrier-free restrooms.

Passengers with Children

Baby chairs and diaper changing stations are available in the men's and women's restrooms (except for the restrooms on the 4th floor and the North 2nd floor). Children's toilets are also available for your convenience.
"Priority Toilets" are located in Barrier-free restrooms as well as men's and women's restrooms. They offer more space and convenience for those with children. Some (but not all) of the "priority restrooms" are equipped with baby chairs and diaper-changing stations in the private stalls.
Diaper-changing Stations

They are located in the restrooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors (except for the 2nd floor North Restroom, next to Kawakami Dental Clinic). Please use them when changing diapers.

Baby Chairs

They are available for babies from 5 months to 2.5 years of age. They are located in the toilets on all floors, from the 1st to 4th (except for the 2nd floor North Restroom, next to Kawakami Dental Clinic).

Fitting Boards

Please use them to support infants while changing their clothes and when changing pants-type diapers. They are located in the restrooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors and in the Barrier-free restrooms.

Children's Toilets

Children's toilets with small urinals are located in the toilets on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors (except for the restroom on the 2nd floor North, next to Kawakami Dental Clinic). Some of the toilets are only for boys.

From Security Check to Boarding

If you need assistance with security screening, there is a priority lane to your right as you approach the departure gate. Please notify the staff and follow the instructions to proceed. After passing through security, priority seating will be provided in the space available before boarding.

If you need assistance, please notify the staff at Information on the 1st floor or the 3rd floor.

There is one men's and one women's Barrier-free restrooms in each area. The space is large enough for pregnant women and those with small children to use at their leisure. Baby chairs and diaper-changing stations (multi-purpose seats) are also available in the private stalls of the restrooms (with some exceptions).

Please use them when changing diapers. They are located in the restrooms on all floors from the 1st to the 4th floor (both before and after passing through security checkpoints).

Information Center for those requiring help

From Check-in to Departures to Boarding

The check-in counters and departure gates are located on the 3rd floor. After checking in at the check-in counters (A-M), please proceed to the departure gate at the back.
You will go through security and immigration. For passengers who require assistance, there is a priority lane on the left hand side as you face the departure gate. Please ask a member of staff and follow their instructions.
