Chicken broth soba
A bowl of ramen made with carefully simmered seafood broth and chicken. Just before serving, the broth is frothed to help it coat the noodles, and topped with slow-cooked roasted pork and chicken ham, Komatsu onions, komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), lemon, and sun-dried tomatoes, the flavors change and you won't get tired of it until the last bite.
