Introduction of The Self Bag Drop on international flights from May 13th (Mon)

< The Self Bag Drop (SBD)>

​Fourteen​ ​The Self Bag Drop (SBD: Self Bag Drop) will be installed in the international departure lobby on the 3rd floor on Monday, May 13, 2024.
At SBD, customers can check in their carry-on luggage and other baggage themselves. By using Automated Check-in Machine and SBD, you can complete the procedures without visiting the airline counter.
Automated Check-in Machine and SBD are available from three hours before departure. You can complete the procedures earlier than at the airline counter, and you can relax and enjoy shopping at the duty-free shops before boarding. (Note: Security Check Point and immigration checkpoints open from 7:00.)

SBD location: International Passenger Terminal Building 3rd floor

SBD usage procedure

  1. Issue your baggage tag at Automated Check-in Machine located in front of the SBD area.
  2. Attach the baggage tag

SBD Checked Baggage

  • Minimum size (mm) Length 300 x Width 200 x Height 50
  • Maximum size (mm): Length 865 x Width 500 x Height 700
  • Weight: 0.5kg or more but less than 32kg​

*Baggage outside the above range (golf bags, strollers, surfboards, etc.) cannot be checked in at SBD. Please use the airline counter.
*Even if the baggage is within the above range, charges will be incurred if it exceeds the airline's weight / size regulations.
