Fukuoka Airport will be holding the "Fukuoka Airport Runway Walk2025"on Saturday, August 2nd.
Why not try walking on the runway at Fukuoka Airport, where many aircraft are always coming and going?

Saturday, August 2, 2020
Registration begins at 3:30 AM (reception closes at 4:00 AM) and ends around 8:00 AM

*The actual runway walk will last approximately 30 minutes. Afterwards, you will be taken on a bus tour of the airport, which will include a look at the parked aircraft and the airport firefighting facilities.

*If there are a large number of applicants, we will hold a lottery and notify the winners by email or phone.

▼Please check the following when applying.

• Since you will need to walk on the runway for a short period of time, participants must be elementary school age or older.
• Elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Junior high school students and above do not need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, but those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the meeting place, as registration begins late at night.
