▶How to apply

Please register your name, date of birth, gender, email address, prefecture of residence, departure date, airline company, flight, destination, length of stay, and passport photo page (only for those eligible for the passport new acquisition/renewal benefit). In addition, please submit something that shows the names, destination, boarding date, and flight names (both departure and arrival) of all members of your group (itinerary from a travel agency, e-ticket receipt, etc.).
*If there are any errors in the registration information at the time of application, you will not be eligible to receive the benefits.

• The free parking couponis valid for up to5 days from the date of departure. Please note that parking fees may change if you use the parking lot for6 days or more or during peak periods.
• Discounts are also available during busy periods such as Golden Week.
• You can use the international parking lot without making a reservation, but you may not be able to use it if it is full. If you use the advance reservation service (fee required), you can park even if it is full.   *The advance reservation fee (1,000yen) is not eligible for the free parking coupon of this campaign.
• Please insert your free parking ticket into the payment machine when you leave the parking lot. (You can also use the prepayment machine.)
• The free parking coupon is only valid for international parking lots. It cannot be used at domestic parking lots or parking lots outside the airport premises.

②500 yen discount coupon for arrival duty-free shop

• Available for purchases of 5,000 yen or more.
• Only one coupon can be used per transaction.
• This service is not available at the duty-free shops in the departure area. When you return to Japan, please use the arrival duty-free shop in the baggage claim area (https://dfree.fukuoka-airport.jp/informationDetail.php?informationNo=173).

③ Passport new acquisition / renewal support QUO Card Pay 5,000 yen (only for those acquired after March 28, 2025)

• This offer is for those who have obtained or renewed a passport on or after March 28, 2025.
• Please note that "QUO Card Pay" has a validity period of three years from the date of issue.
• "QUO Card Pay" is a prepaid payment method that uses a barcode displayed on the screen of a smartphone. It cannot be used on mobile phones other than smartphones or tablets.
• If you lose the value code URL that we sent to you, we cannot reissue the value code URL. Please make sure you can access the value code URL by bookmarking it or saving it in an email until the balance becomes zero.
• If you have saved your value code in the app, you will not need the value code URL.
• "QUO Card Pay" is a different service from the card-type QUO card. It may not be available at card-type QUO card member stores, and the balance of the card-type QUO card cannot be transferred or charged.

You will receive a coupon for the arrival duty-free shop and a parking discount voucher. These cannot be given to you when you return home.
  *The tourist information center opens at 8:00. For those taking flights departing by 9:30 (LJ262, 7C1402, 7C1452, BX147), the reward will be mailed to you by the day before your departure.
• For the passport acquisition assistance benefit (new acquisition/renewal), an electronic gift receipt code will be sent from "delivery@pay-email.quocard.jp" to the email address you registered by the 15th of the month following the application date.
  *Please make sure that you are able to receive emails from "delivery@pay-email.quocard.jp". If you do not receive an email, your winnings will be invalidated and we will not be able to reissue your prize.
