GUAM PAY Before applying for the "Gift Campaign," please read these terms and conditions and agree to them before applying. By applying for this campaign, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from applying for this campaign.

▶Application conditions
You can apply for this campaign by traveling to Guam on a direct United Airlines flight from Fukuoka Airport.
All of the following conditions must be met.

• Those traveling from Fukuoka Airport to Guam on a direct United Airlines flight
• Those who can use the coupon on Guam between Tuesday, April 23, 2024 and Friday, July 19, 2024
  *Guam Visitors Bureau website (https://www.visitguam.jp/events/guampay-2024/ This does not apply to those who receive coupons from the ``Coupon Distribution Travel Agencies'' listed on the website.

▶How to apply

• Please register your name, email address, gender, age, departure date, return date, and any other documents that show you are traveling to Guam on a direct United Airlines flight from Fukuoka Airport (e-ticket customer copy, reservation confirmation, final itinerary, etc.) using the campaign application form.
  *Please upload the date, flight number, name, and departure and arrival airport clearly.
• If there are any errors in the registration information at the time of application, you will not be eligible for the campaign.

▶Product details and target number of people

• A limited number of 500 people who meet the application requirements will receive a $30 e-coupon (while supplies last).
• Please check below for stores where you can use the electronic coupon.
  *The list is based on planned stores as of December 28th, and is subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.

▶Delivery of prizes to eligible recipients

• The result of your application will be confirmed by sending you an electronic coupon code.
• If you meet the conditions, an electronic coupon code will be sent to the email address you registered within five business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of your application.
• Please apply well in advance so that you can receive the coupon code before your departure. The campaign office will not be held responsible if you are unable to receive the coupon code in time for your departure.

• Please note that we cannot confirm the results of your application by contacting us.

▶Notes

• Applicants will be responsible for all expenses related to the application, such as communication fees and connection fees.
• Applications may not be accepted on some PCs, smartphones, tablets, etc. due to device type, OS, browser, etc.
• The campaign may be canceled or terminated without notice due to system errors, system failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• To use this electronic coupon, you will need to use region Pay.
• We recommend that you download the Region Pay app, set up the initial setup, and charge coupons while in Japan. If you do so in Guam, packet communication charges may be higher than those in Japan.
• If you change the SIM card on your mobile phone after obtaining the coupon, your account may be deleted and your charge points may be lost. Please note that we cannot provide compensation in such cases.
• Please note that we cannot compensate for points expiring due to malfunction of your mobile phone, etc.
• Please top up the app and make payments at stores before the expiration date. (The card will be invalid if it has expired.)
• Please note that the validity period and payment time are listed in Japan time (1 hour behind local time).
• The coupon value can be used at 1 point = 1 cent.
• Mobile data (data roaming) or Wi-Fi is required to make payments through the app. (Communication charges are the responsibility of the customer.)
• The campaign office will not be held responsible in any way if you are unable to use this service due to circumstances at the telecommunications company or other reasons.
• If you do not have a smartphone, you cannot take advantage of this campaign.
• Returns and refunds for products and services cannot be made at stores. When shopping, please check the store and the coupon amount before making payment.
• The campaign office will not be held responsible for any problems arising from loss, theft, or other damage to this coupon.
• There are some products that are not eligible for coupon discounts. For details, please contact each participating store.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

▶Prohibitions
Applications from accounts that fall under any of the following items may be invalidated. If such items are discovered after the coupon has been received, the right to use the coupon may also be invalidated.

• Apply using an automated program
• Any actions that interfere with the operation of this campaign
• Any acts that may lead to crimes such as the transfer, resale, or fraud of this campaign.
• Any other actions that the Campaign Office deems inappropriate

• The personal information you provide will be managed safely and appropriately and will only be used to deliver prizes to applicants and to contact you regarding this matter.
• Except when disclosure is required by law, applicants' personal information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties without the applicants' consent.
