Application Guidelines
Before applying for the "GO! GO! Fukuoka Residents Overseas Travel Campaign" sponsored by Fukuoka International Airport Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FIAC), please read and agree to the following campaign terms and conditions before applying. By applying for this campaign, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please refrain from applying for this campaign.

▶Application conditions
If all of the following conditions ① to ④ are met:
①All applicants must be residents of Fukuoka Prefecture.
② International travel departing from and arriving at Fukuoka Airport

▶How to apply
Please register your name (including those traveling with you), date of birth, gender, email address, residential address (within Fukuoka Prefecture), travel reservation date, boarding date, airline, flight number, and destination on the campaign application form on the Fukuoka Airport website. Please also submit the names of all members of your group, travel reservation date, boarding date, airline, flight number (both departure and arrival), and documents showing your destination (reservation confirmation from a travel agency, itinerary, etc.) e Please submit your ticket receipt, etc.

- Available for purchases of 5,000 yen or more.
- Only one coupon can be used per transaction.
- This offer can be used at both departure and arrival duty-free shops, but there are some stores and products that are not eligible.
②Free international parking ticket (1 per group, maximum 5 days)
- Those using the international parking lot will receive a 24-hour free pass for the number of days of their trip.
- The free parking ticket is valid for up to 5 days from the date of departure.
Please note that parking fees may change if you stay for more than 6 days or during peak periods. - Discounts are also available during busy periods such as Obon and summer vacation.
- You can use the international parking lot without a reservation, but you may not be able to use it if it is full. If you use the advance reservation service (for a fee), you can park even when it is full. For details, please check the parking reservation page (https://www.fukuoka-airport.jp/access/parking_reservation/index.html). *The advance reservation fee (1,000 yen per reservation) does not apply to the free parking coupons offered by this campaign.
- Please insert your free parking ticket into the payment machine when you leave the parking lot. (You can also use the prepayment machine.)
- The free parking coupon can only be used at the international airport parking lot. It cannot be used at domestic terminal parking lots or nearby parking lots outside the airport premises.
③QUO Card Pay 3,000 yen
- 100 customers who use a transportation IC card (nimoca, Hayakaken, SUGOCA only. Commuter passes excluded) and get off at a designated bus stop or station will be entered into a lottery to receive a QUO Card Pay.
- The QUO Card Pay gift will be distributed by lottery. Please note that not everyone will be able to receive it.
- Successful applicants will be contacted by email around the end of September.
- Please note that we cannot confirm the results of your application by contacting us.
- If there is an error in the registration of your transportation IC card number, you will not be eligible for the lottery.
- Please note that "QUO Card Pay" has a validity period of three years from the date of issue.
- "QUO Card Pay" is a prepaid payment method that uses a barcode displayed on the smartphone screen. It cannot be used on mobile phones other than smartphones or tablets.
- If you lose the Value Code URL that we sent you, we will not be able to reissue it. Please make sure you can access the Value Code URL by bookmarking it, saving it in an email, etc. until your balance reaches zero.
- If you have saved your value code in the app, you will not need the value code URL.
- "QUO Card Pay" is a different service from the card-type QUO card. It may not be available at card-type QUO card member stores, and the balance of the card-type QUO card cannot be transferred or charged.

■For flights departing after 10:00 AM: On the day of departure, please present the confirmation email we sent you in advance at the International Tourist Information Center on the first floor of the Fukuoka International Passenger Terminal Building (https://www.fukuoka-airport.jp/service/information-office07.html). You will receive a 500 yen discount coupon for the duty-free shop and a free parking ticket. These coupons will not be given to you when you return home.
*The tourist information center opens at 8:00 AM.

- Regarding the granting of benefits to public transportation users, our company, Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd., Nimoca Co., Ltd., Fukuoka City Transportation Bureau, and Kyushu Railway Company will handle the transportation IC card numbers you have registered as follows.
FIAC will provide the registered transportation IC card numbers to transportation operators (Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd., Nimoca Co., Ltd., Fukuoka City Transportation Bureau, and Kyushu Railway Company).
Transportation operators (Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd., Nimoca Co., Ltd., Fukuoka City Transportation Bureau, and Kyushu Railway Company) will check whether cards for which they have received numbers from FIAC have a history of alighting at eligible bus stops and stations during the campaign period (July 1st to August 31st) and will respond to FIAC.

Yes, you can apply. - Do I need to book through the airline website?
It does not matter how you make your reservation. Whether you make your reservation through a travel agency or arrange it yourself, any trip departing or arriving at Fukuoka Airport's international flights is eligible. - Are there any conditions for ticket types (early bird discounts, award tickets, etc.)?
No particular conditions are specified. - Can I use different airlines for the outbound flight (Fukuoka → destination) and the return flight (destination → Fukuoka)?
Yes, you can use different airlines for your round trip. However, please make sure you use international flights departing from and arriving at Fukuoka Airport for both your outbound and return trips. - Can I apply if my companion is not a resident of Fukuoka Prefecture?
This campaign is targeted at Fukuoka Prefecture residents, so only those who live in Fukuoka Prefecture can apply.
Example: If three people are planning to depart and one of them lives outside the prefecture, two people who live in Fukuoka Prefecture can apply. - When using public transportation, are payments made using means other than transportation IC cards also eligible for benefits?
This offer is for those who use electronic money payment with a transportation IC card to travel to Fukuoka Airport. The "QUO Card Pay 3,000 yen" benefit does not apply to those who use cash, a commuter pass, or the touch payment function of a credit card to travel to the airport. - How do I apply if some of my group members will be using their own car and others will be using public transport?
Please submit separate applications for those using private cars and those using public transport.
