Changes to the use of domestic group bus stops and bus waiting areas
The operation of group bus stops and bus waiting areas will change from Wednesday, January 15, 2025. Please click here for details.
We will provide you with information on how to use the group bus stop and bus waiting area at Fukuoka Airport Domestic Terminal.
- This group bus stop and bus waiting area are for group buses only.
("Group buses" are buses of the following sizes that cannot enter the domestic multi-story parking garage: height 2.2m or more, width 2.2m or more, length 5m or more.) - Vehicles smaller than group buses must use the paid parking lot (free for up to 30 minutes).
- Please note that you cannot use the group bus stop for long periods of time. Please limit your stay to 30 minutes.
It is a small, limited space. Please understand and cooperate by following the rules.
When waiting to board *Rules vary depending on the time of use
▼ 8:00-19:00 (security guards on duty)
- Please enter the bus waiting area.
- Please wait in the bus waiting area and notify security when it is time for your flight to arrive.
- A security guard will check for available slots at the group bus stop and hand out an admission pass. (If there are no available slots, please wait in the bus waiting area and you will be guided in as soon as a slot becomes available.)
- Once you have received your admission pass, please proceed to the group bus stop.
- Please present your permit to the security guard at the entrance to the group bus stop to enter.
- Please leave promptly after your ride has finished.
▼ 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day (no security guards)
- Please enter the bus waiting area.
- Please wait in the bus waiting area, and when it is time for your flight to arrive, please enter the group bus stop. (If the bus stop is full, please go around in circles.)
- Please exit promptly after boarding.
When getting off
- Please enter directly at the group bus stop.
- If the group bus stop is too crowded for you to enter, you will be directed to an alternative drop-off point. Please follow the instructions of security staff.
*Please move promptly after disembarking.

Once you have entered the bus waiting area, please notify a security guard when it is time for your flight to arrive.
We will check if there are any available slots at the group bus stop and then issue you an admission pass.

Please enter the bus waiting area and when it is time for your flight to arrive, enter the group bus stop.
Route from the group bus stop to the bus waiting area
Between 8am and 7pm, buses without an admission pass will not be allowed to enter the group bus stop.
Please enter the bus waiting area according to the route shown in the diagram below, and when it is time for your flight to arrive, please receive an admission pass and come back to the group bus stop.
