Starting Thursday, November​ ​20th, we will be introducing the lost and found inquiry service "find chat."

  • There is no need to download an app or register as a member, so customers can easily contact us via chat when they realize they have left something behind.
  • Support is available in four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, so customers from overseas can use the service stress-free.
