• Please complete your application at least 7 days before your trip.
  *Regarding the New Year holidays: For travel up to January 8th (Wednesday), please make sure to complete your application by December 24th (Tuesday).
  *Due to unavoidable circumstances, the implementation period may be changed without notice.

▶ Application conditions

• To apply for this campaign, a group (up to 5 people) including the applicant and their family members within the first degree of kinship (*) must travel overseas on the same flight from Fukuoka Airport International Terminal.
  *Refers to parents, children, and spouses of blood relatives and in-laws.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of departure.
• Only one application per person is allowed.

▶How to apply

• The group representative should fill in the necessary information on the campaign application form.
• If there are any errors in the registration information at the time of application, the benefits will not be awarded.
  *Documents proving that all members of your group will be departing from Fukuoka Airport on the same flight (such as an application form from a travel agency or itinerary) are required.
  *To receive the benefits of obtaining or renewing a passport, you will need to submit your passport photo page.

• On the day of your trip, present the application confirmation email at the International Tourist Information Center on the first floor of the Fukuoka International Passenger Terminal Building (https://www.fukuoka-airport.jp/service/information-office07.html). You will receive duty-free coupons, lounge access tickets, parking discount tickets, and destination-specific benefits.
  *The tourist information center opens at 8:00. For those departing by 9:30, the special gift will be mailed to you by the day before departure.
