Application Guidelines

Before applying for the "5,000 Yen Cash Back Campaign for International Travel" sponsored by Fukuoka International Airport Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FIAC), please read these terms and conditions and apply only if you agree to them. By applying for this campaign, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from applying for this campaign.

▶How to apply
Please fill in the campaign application form and provide your name, email address, date of birth, travel reservation date, departure date, airline, destination, and travel reservation date (reservation confirmation from a travel agency, reservation confirmation email, etc.), and travel details departing from Fukuoka Airport (itinerary from a travel agency, etc.). e Please register your ticket receipt, etc. (※).

*If there are any errors in the registration information at the time of application, you will not be eligible for the cashback.

▶Benefits

▶ Bonus distribution

  • The result of your application will be indicated by the sending of a URL for receiving QUO Card Pay.
  • FIAC will review your application and send a QUO Card Pay receipt URL to the email address you registered by early April.
  • Please make sure that you are set up to receive emails from "delivery@pay-email.quocard.jp". If you do not receive an email, your application will be invalid and we will not be able to reissue your card.
  • Please note that we cannot confirm the results of your application by contacting us.

▶Notes when using benefits

  • Please note that "QUO Card Pay" has a validity period of three years from the date of issue.
  • "QUO Card Pay" is a prepaid payment method that uses a barcode displayed on the screen of a smartphone. It cannot be used on mobile phones other than smartphones or tablets.
  • If you lose the value code URL that we sent to you, we cannot reissue the value code URL. Please make sure you can access the value code URL by bookmarking it or saving it in an email until the balance becomes zero.
  • If you have saved your value code in the app, you will not need the value code URL.
  • "QUO Card Pay" is a different service from the card-type QUO card. It may not be available at card-type QUO card member stores, and the balance of the card-type QUO card cannot be transferred or charged.

  • Applicants will be responsible for all expenses related to the application, such as communication fees and connection fees.

  • The campaign may be canceled or terminated without notice due to system errors, system failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

    Any trip departing from Fukuoka Airport's international terminal is eligible, regardless of whether the reservation is made through a travel agency or made by yourself.

  • How do I receive my benefits after I apply?
    After the application period ends, eligible applicants will be emailed a QR code for receiving a QUO Card Pay worth 5,000 yen.

  • Can I apply for multiple people on one trip?
    Yes, it is possible. However, to receive benefits for multiple people, you will need to apply under each person's name. For those who do not have an email address, such as children, you can enter the email address of the representative.

  • Is this applicable if I only book an air ticket?
    Yes, you are eligible if you meet all other application requirements.

  • Are there any conditions for ticket types (early bird discount, award tickets, etc.)?
    No particular conditions are specified.

  • Can I apply if my outbound flight departs from Fukuoka Airport International Terminal and my return flight is undecided/arriving at another airport?
    Yes, you can. You will be eligible if you meet all other application requirements.

  • If I take a domestic flight to Fukuoka Airport and then depart for an overseas destination from Fukuoka Airport, am I eligible?
    Even if part of your itinerary includes a section departing from an international flight at Fukuoka Airport, it is eligible for the campaign.

  • Can I apply multiple times?
    Please note that you may only apply once per person. Only your first application will be considered for the offer.

  • How many people are eligible on a first-come, first-served basis?
    As the purpose of this campaign is to encourage as many people as possible to consider traveling abroad, we have not disclosed a specific upper limit on the number of participants.

  • Can I check if the capacity has already been reached?
    As it is difficult to update the application status in real time, we are unable to notify you of the exact number of remaining slots. Once we reach capacity, we will promptly notify you on this page that we are closing the application process.
