In response to reports regarding the massage chair business at Haneda Airport

Some media reports have been covering inappropriate transactions involving the massage chair business by the consulting firm Anest at Haneda Airport.
As a result of an investigation into our contract with this company at Fukuoka Airport, we have found that we have had a contract with this company in the past, and would like to inform you of the following:

Note

Massage chairs were installed at Fukuoka Airport between 2007 and 2023 by the installer Anest Co., Ltd. However, a contract was signed with the company under which Anest Co., Ltd. would receive installation fees based on sales of the massage chairs, and no inappropriate transactions were found during the contract period.
This business was inherited by our company when the Fukuoka Airport concession began in 2018, and our contract with the company expired in August​ ​2023.
