TEAM FUK (Team Fukuoka Airport) aims to improve customer satisfaction (CS) throughout Fukuoka Airport.
Since August 2020, this organization has been made up of approximately 200 businesses involved with Fukuoka Airport.
We strive to improve customer satisfaction through various activities every day, so that we can bring smiles and excitement to all our customers.
The TEAM FUK logo is,
The sight of an airplane taking off from the runway into the sky,
The design is in blue, reminiscent of the sky.
"Always close to memories" for customers and airport staff
As it will be the remaining airport,
It is our hope that the entire airport will make great strides.
TEAM FUK is carrying out the following activities to improve customer satisfaction across Fukuoka Airport:
We are carrying out farewell activities for passengers aboard the applicable aircraft.
We conduct cleanup activities around the airport in an effort to beautify the surrounding environment and raise awareness of cleanliness.
This award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to improving customer service at Fukuoka Airport, both for customers and for the staff they work with.
